That’s right. I’m a shameless Gloria Allred lover.  And I got to talk to her tonight, and I’m all geeked up about it.  On the Judy Joy Jones Show at Blogtalkradio, Judy and Christina interviewed Gloria and she talked about Gay Marriage, Prop 8, and some of the amazing cases that she has fought for and won.

I called in and asked a question which you can hear here. Near the end of this clip, you can hear her cracking jokes. You can verify it’s me because who else do you know who would use the phrase “Rip Geragos into a new one” to the best known female attorney in the world.  It’s how I roll.

I keep hearing about all this hullabaloo about a rush to stock up on firearms and guns since the country voted Obama as our President-Elect

Has it once occurred to all the doom and gloom media out there (not to mention all of those that read it) that for most of the rural areas of the US, hunting season begins this Friday?  I’m in Michigan, and hunters will make their first treck out to the woods Friday morning.  Hell, for a lot of places here (my husband’s shop included) they get the first day of hunting season off, but not Veteran’s day.

So, let’s take a moment to think about the coincidence of the calendar and the increase in gun sales, instead of assuming that there is some rush to bear arms as a result of our decision to elect Barack Obama, could we?  If we’re going to see an increase in sales as a result of Obama, I would bet it would be something more like…teeth whitening solution. Or whatever puppy he and Michelle end up getting for the kids.

Sheesh.

Jas and I are watching VH1’s The PickUp Artist. I’m laughing outloud.  God bless the DVR.  I just wanted to mention that I can’t see how this show is going to help these boys get laid later in life…

I’m sure you’ve read on various blogs, various news sources and seen on various shows all about the renewed hope of our Nation.

I too am feeling the love for Obama.  I’m happy with the way this election turned out for the most part.  I think that Proposal 8 is a catastrophe for a few reasons, which we’ll get to shortly, but all in all what I want to say is that I’m proud of Obama, and I’m proud of our country for coming together and agreeing that he is for the greater good.

He has a long, long road ahead.  Those of us who are following him will need to keep in mind later – that he didn’t do this to the country.  He’s just here to clean it up. It will be a long, and frustrating road, as he outlined in his acceptance speech, but I believe with all of my heart that he is going to do what is right by us.  What I fear is the far right, and all of their negative energy.  Who would’ve thought that people who believe so much in the church, would or could be so hateful?  McCain’s campaign was a nasty one.  Probably worse than I’ve seen in my lifetime.  Certainly all that hate will not disappear overnight, or even over the time it takes to inaugurate the man.  My wish is that he will stay safe, and will lead us on to the better tomorrow that I think we are all hoping and praying is there.

As far as Proposal 8 goes.  What a crock of extra fat goat milk that’s gone a little rancid.  What is WRONG with people?  I have just a few points to make on this:

1. How does the marriage of two people, gay or straight, effect you one way or the other?
2. How is the decision between what is right or wrong in the eyes of the Lord made, exactly?  The argument seems to rest on right and wrong, what is an abomination to the Lord, blah, blah, blah.  Who decided which religion was right, and which religion would help guide us to the correct interpretation of the Bible that we seem to be basing this basic human right to love whomever one chooses.  I’d like to have a conversation with this person to ask a few more questions.  Like…how they came to this interpretation, and why we’re following the “literal” interpretation of a book that was written before our lives were even relevant.  I look at the Bible more like a general set of guidelines with some pretty great stories.  To take it literally is not only dangerous, but will likely get you thrown in jail a few thousand times over.
3. And finally, whatever happened to se paration of church and state?  Separation of Church and State (forgive my feable understanding of politics…I’m afterall still learning, and finding my way through it) to me  means that we cannot punish people for things that are not built into the law. We build our laws based on the welfare of the majority.  Murder – that’s a no brainer. We don’t allow murder, not because it’s etched into a big slate w ith 9 other rules, instead we don’t allow murder because it’s awful. It’s horrendous.  It’s unfair, and to have a law against it protects the greater majority.  But…oh, wait…walk with me on this one…in some states, the state themselves carry out murder. They put inmates to death.  That’s clearly against the Ten Commandments. Yet, here we are disallowing two people who love and want to spend the rest of their lives together to marry, enjoy the tax benefits of being married and enjoy the benefits of sharing health care?

Really?  I mean, seriously.  It’s ok for states to kill prisoners 9which I’m for by the way – not because of some eye for eye policy in the Good Book, but instead because there are just some people who don’t deserve to be alive for the pain and heartache they have caused on this planet.  But, on the flip side, we can take something something so grave and make it the duty of the state, but we’re going to deprive a massive community of our population from the basic rights that the rest of us as humans enjoy.

Some things to think about.  Proposal 8 is a joke.  The fact that it even ended up on the ballot is unconstitutional.  The sole reason I hear for the people who are against Gay Marriage is that it’s wrong. That it’s against God.  Just read the Bible…you’ll see.  So…if that’s the excuse…it’s wrong in God’s eyes, show me where he himself said so, and then we’ll talk.  Until then, let’s do a blanket allowance to abolish any such laws.

Life has been a round house, backflip kick combo of interesting for me lately.  Life is good, for the most part.  I’ve been working on a few things, and inching towards righting some wrongs.   I’m not going to say it’s something I’m particularly swell at, as patience hasn’t always been one of my shining qualities…but every teensy little centimeter is a centimeter in the right direction…right?

There’s a new format coming. The new show, newly formatted, newly arranged and newly brought to you with sarcasm and tons of cases to explore, and criminals to make fun of will be airing it’s first show on October 15, 2008.  I don’t want to give away too much just yet, but keep your eyes peeled for new blog posts regarding the subject matter.  Lemme just say, I’m impressed with the lineup on it’s way for your listening pleasure.

Well, it’s official.  Grandma said the world was going to “hell in a handbasket” and I can finally agree to her prophecy.

Last week, three boys, one aged 8 and two aged 9 asssaulted and raped an 11 year old little girl in Marietta, Georgia.  The girl had told her parents about the ordeal, and submitted to a rape exam at the local hospital.  The allegations came down Saturday night, and the boys were taken into custody on Sunday.

One of the boys is accused of threatening the girl with hitting her in the head with a rock before the attacks began.

There’s a few things here that are making my head spin.  First, the rape charges will be replaced with juvenile charges.  According to Georgia law, they can’t be tried with a felony until after they’ve turned 13.  The second is the boys parents reactions to this.

One father is quoted as saying that the charges against his son are nothing more than the girl lying to cover her butt so she doesn’t get in trouble with her parents.  Nice, Dad.  Way to teach your children to take responsibility for their actions.  But…I suppose that’s pretty redundant considering your kid at the ripe old age of 9 is in for rape, huh?  Where might he have learned about rape and sex? Was that you too, or can we pin that on our failing schools or something more sinister?

This Wednesday’s show at Sarcastic Crime Talk Radio will be discussing this case and the cases of some other juvenile offenders.  The ages of our perpetrators is getting smaller, and the crimes are getting bigger.  We’ll discuss some of the specifics and discuss what could have been done to prevent these atrocities and what can be done to protect your own children from the same fate.

October 15, 2007, at approximately 7pm Pacific time, police in Henderson, NV made a routine traffic stop on a white Buick Century with no tags. That car held the most wanted man in America next to Osama Bin Laden himself: Chester “Chet” Arthur Stiles.

I received a frantic phone call from Sue Bess tonight at a little after midnight to turn on CNN quick. “He’s been caught! He’s been caught!” She cried into the phone. I tuned in, and sure enough, there is Chester Stiles’ beady little eyes staring back at me.

This has been a rough week, all compliments of Mr. Stiles. I was granted an exclusive interview with Elaine Thomas, former live-in girlfriend of Chet Stiles. But, with him still on the loose, I was terrified to write it for fear he’d ID her and then seek retribution as a result. I vowed to keep her identity safe, and try to tell the story without pointing information directly at her, and in the long run, drug my heels because of my fear for her safety.

But tonight, I have talked with Elaine, who to call ecstatic, would be the understatement of the year. She said “I am shaking I am so relieved.” in an IM conversation tonight. And, rightfully so. Elaine is the person who identified Chester Arthur Stiles to the FBI after seeing him on the news. And for that, feared for her very life.

Elaine met Chet Stiles in June of 2003. He was a friend of a roommate’s boyfriend, and through a chain of events, Chet moved into Elaine’s home. This is Elaine’s story, in her words, not mine. We talked for about 3 hours during this interview, and it is as complete as I could possibly ask for.

We got together in June of 2003. He was a friend of a roommate’s boyfriend. At the time, I had several people living with me. He was a young, good looking guy well built, kind of a bad boy, and he smoked pot . But, I knew he’d been in some trouble. He had said that he’d just gotten out of jail not long ago.

He told me that it had been an issue with his girlfriends family, with Tina Allen’s family. Something about a stolen vehicle, which he never fully explained, and I never asked. He knows the type of house I run, I don’t do drama, you can’t when you have that many people living with you. I live in a nice neighborhood.

Chet moved in right away, he needed a place to stay, and god knows I was stacking people like chord wood at that point. He had a job delivering water to construction sites. He didn’t have a car, so I drove him. I was a temp. I met him at the end of my contract during that month. Everything was going along fine. Most of the people moved out of my house and got their own places.

Chet and I were going to move into a place together. We found a house in Boulder city that we really like, but then he started talking about growing pot in it. I can’t live my life looking over my shoulder. I’ve never had a reason not to allow police in to my house, and I couldn’t imagine living my life like that. So, we ended up splitting up over it.

He stayed living with me full time until Late November when he started seeing Tina again. He was in an out a lot during those days. They were very on an off again. A few days before Christmas I get a phone call from Metro (Las Vegas Metro Police Department). The detective wanted to know if I was Chet’s wife. He said he was looking for Chet Stiles, that it was a very serious matter, but at the same time, wouldn’t say what it was about. The detective said he was from the sex crimes unit. When he said that, I said “He’s living in my house, I need to know!” That’s when they told me that he was accused of molesting a six year old little girl.

Never in a million years would I have ever guessed that’s what this would be about. I don’t have children, but you don’t leave children alone with men. That’s how I was raised. We didn’t leave kids alone with anyone, but especially men. The detective actually said to me, “Well, you know, I talked to a little girl and she said he touched her. I really want to talk to him.”

It was about an hour later when Chet came home. I jumped all over him. I said, “A detective just called and said you touched a 6 year old.” He went white. He was upset like an innocent man would be. He did try to call the detective and didn’t get a call back. The next morning, he set the alarm and started again. The detective said he was busy, and that Chet was supposed to call the detective again at the first of the year.

Even looking back now I can see how I was fooled. He’s very book smart. He would tell you he’s a Navy Seal. He could describe the buildings in Beijing, yet have never be there. I never believed he was a Seal, because I was in the Navy, and I knew he was in the Navy, but never bought the Seals bit. He worked out all the time. He was very fit. Yes, he absolutely worked out constantly,and was always very buff.

I never truly believed he was a seal, but there were other things he said I did believe. I have pictures here with him with Seigfried and Roy, and the tiger that attacked Roy.

I taught him how to use the Internet. Like, one time he looked up a dojo in Texas, that he used to belong to. He was in a picture for a team that was set to go to the Olympics and he was in that picture.

He was also very intelligent, but he definitely had a lot of insecurities. He needed constant emotional stroking. Like, “God your smart, you look good baby.” all the time.

After the first of the year came and went, Chet called the Det. and set a appt. for the 1 week in Jan. He and I went together and when we got there, the Detective took Chet into a room by himself. The story was that he and Tina Allen were staying at the little girl’s parents house for the weekend because the parents were having issues and he and Tina were there to take care of the kids. He said that the closest they were to being alone was that he was in the bedroom with them watching TV and Tina was in and out of the room periodically. Apparently, from what he said, the little girl’s mother mother had an issue with him, and he and Tina left. He didn’t say what the issue was, but just that there was one.

The Detective was nice, congenial, but after he was finished, he asked Chet to take a polygraph. They scheduled it, even though he was worried about it. The had scheduled it at that point for two weeks away from the interview that they were just completing. Chet said he was worried because there’s a reason they’re not allowed, but he’ll do what it takes to clear his name.

Now, a few months later, he was working at a greenhouse. He and I are not together emotionally anymore, but we were still living together.

Two weeks go by, and the Detective calls again. He wanted to know why Chet didn’t show up for his polygraph. I told him that I didn’t know. He’d been working a lot, it’s February, I told him. The Detective said to give him the message to call him back.

I asked Chet about missing the polygraph and he said he’d had second thoughts about the polygraph. But, the Detective convinced him to schedule another for March . And, it was during that period of time that Chet had moved in with Tina.

The Detective called me again and said that Chet didn’t show again for the polygraph. I told him that I really don’t know why he didn’t show up. He’s not living here anymore, he’s living with his girlfriend. The Detective said “I’m not sure what to believe on this story. So, if he doesn’t take that polygraph, I have to turn it over to the D.A.”

When Chet lived here, his son used to spend weekends here. The Detective asked if Chet had done anything strange with his son, and I emphatically told him that Chet was trying to do right by his son. He had taught him that he should always open doors for ladies, be polite, speak intelligently, etc. The Detective sounded appeased, and said that he was scheduling one last polygraph, and if Chet didn’t take it that he was going to turn it over to the D.A.. He also asked me if I thought that Chet did this crime. I told him honestly that I didn’t think so.

It was from that point on, that I never heard anything from that Detective again. I’ve been in the same place for 6 years, and after that last time in March, never heard from that Detective again.

Over the next year, Chet woulds still come around everytime he and Tina would have a fight.

He got a place in South Vegas, and Tina moved in with him, and then she was in and out, living with him for about a year. Then she’d move back with her mom. This happened every few months.

I never visited him there at that house though. I didn’t want anything to do with the place because of all the pot and stuff he did.

Chet was totally against everything outside of pot though. Don’t get me wrong, he had manic episodes that made it seem like he was on major drugs, but that was his own psyche at work. He Wouldn’t even date people on meth or drugs. He was very judgmental with a pretty high opinion of himself, and a very twisted sense of right and wrong most of the time, but he was very against drugs outside of marijuana.

He wasn’t a drinker either. I have seen him drink maybe 3 times, and each time he puked his guts out. No, he was very much not a drinker. One thing that he had was severe migraines though. And, he still does get them.

In September of this year, I woke up and he was in my house. He had a migraine so bad that it made him vomit. He said that no way that he could drive like that.

Chet lived in South Vegas until March/April of 2005.

He lived in Pahrump until November, 2006 give or take a month or two.

Then he went to California, somewhere near San Diego. He wound up with a lady named Susan in California.

I didn’t hear from him until June of this year. He called the cell and I was in the hospital when he called. I had just undergone surgery.

He said he was coming back to Vegas, and that he’d be here within the next couple of weeks. To see how I was doing, he called every day while I was in the hospital.

Then, he didn’t show up.

I didn’t hear from him. It’s Chet, and that’s just how he does. I figured he got sidetracked, or as we call it, “Pulling a Chet”.

It was early August that he did finally show up. He didn’t stay because he hated my roommate’s son. I can’t have drama, and so, I told him he couldn’t’ stay. But, I did put him in a hotel for a few days. He had his son with him. I put him up a few different times in a hotel. My income is limited, so, I couldn’t afford to put him up on the weekends, but during the week I did that a few times.

Then, he came over one day while my roommates son was gone, and when my roommate’s son came home they actually made up. It was at that point that he started staying again. Susan came a few times and picked him up. She wasn’t’ going to live in Pahrump with him, she was just going to rent a house for him.

What gets me about this whole thing is that he normally likes older heavy set women. My Lane Bryant catalogs were like porn to him. I believe 100% that he is truly sexually attracted to that type of woman. Like, if he saw two girls walking down the street, and one looked like Angelina Jolie and the other looked like Kirstie Alley, he’d be checking out the Kirstie look-a-like.

The thought process involved in what he did to that child, I can’t imagine.

Chet is very narcissistic in a lot of ways. He’s compulsive about his appearace. Washes himself compulsively head to toe 3 times over, scrubs himself and rinses himself off.

If he doesn’t look good he doesn’t have confidence. He dresses impeccably. Like for instance, I couldn’t do his laundry because I didn’t do it right. He actually sits there and watches the washer to make sure the clothes spread out right. Then, he rinses them 2-3 times.

Chet loves animals. But, he’s also, like a farmer with animals. They have their purpose. He doesn’t like animals that don’t work, like hunting, protecting, catching mice etc. He treated them good, but harsher than I would be. He was stern, not mean though.

The last time I saw him was 13^th or 14th of September. He called and said he had an accident with the truck, wants to sell it, but needed a place to store it. He asked if he could have it towed to my house. I Said yes, but that he couldn’t leave it there. So, he had it towed here. The front end is all smashed in on it.

Susan picked him up, and then he came back driving the Century that he had gotten from a friend of his, that Susan bought him and said he’d be back in a week or so to pick it up.

It’s still here.

Then, I was watching the news. CNN said that a video was found in the desert. It was a grainy, black and white and I called my friend in and said “Doesn’t that look like Chet?” I wasn’t sure though. It wasn’t a good picture, and it bore a resemblance to him, but nothing I could be certain of.

That picture kept me from calling because of the mustache, and my roommate agreed. The mustache that was enhanced on that particular picture was not something that Chet could grow. He’s American Indian, and he just can’t grow a mustache like that. I decided that it was 40/60 and it sort of looked like him.

Two nights later, I’m sitting here playing a game called 2^ndlife and I had the news on the television. I happened to glance up at the new pictures they put up and I screamed. It was loud enough to wake my roommate out of a dead sleep and she ran in, looked at the pictures and she screamed too.

They had a shot from the waist up and it showed the birthmark, 2 little mole type things on the side of his face, the birth mark on the right side of his chest, and there was no doubt in my mind.

Once I calmed myself down and decided that I wasn’t going to puke I picked up the phone and called a friend of mine who is a very prominent attorney in town. I needed the voice of reason and I didn’t want to call the crime line and be a part of a machine that would take a few weeks to get through. I also wanted protection, and was afraid he’ walk through my door literally any minute. It was mind blowing.

I said to my attorney, “I know who that is on that tape. It’s my ex.”

My voice was shaking. He said “Are you sure?”

I said, “I am 110%. I would bet a lifetime of salary on it. I know it’s him.”

My attorney and I talked for a half an hour. He offered for me to go stay with him.

At that point, it was still Nye County’s case. He took me to an Investigator conference. I sat there for an hour and a half spilling about absolutely everything I knew about Chester Stiles. I told them all about how the Detective sat on that warrant. That Detective could’ve walked here from where his office was at, regarding the six year old little girl. No one ever said a word. It was at that point that it came out about the 6 year old’s warrant. They weren’t looking for him that hard.

I emailed more photos I had of Chet, but I wouldn’t let them release the photos because I was the only one who had them, and he’d certainly know it was me that gave the photos to the police.

To top it all off, my roommate moved out end of September. Chet knew that and knew that I’d be there alone.

As luck would have it. Another roommate showed up out of the blue. Chet didn’t recognize the vehicle and I think that is one thing that has stopped him from coming here.

My personal opinion is that he doesn’t have money to leave the area. I think he will be found hiding in plain sight, very close to Vegas. I told the investigators all of this.

Nye county did a press conference that day, but didn’t release the name. They had to check out some of the information that I gave them, but it was frustrating. It felt like they were wasting time. I had decided that if they don’t didn’t do something by the next morning I would talk to the FBI. And, then, Nye County agreed to keep me anonymous.

I go home next morning and I’m talking to the FBI. I sent them pictures and some of the different information that I had on Tina. They were very curious about her because she didn’t willingly come forward.

Fri morning: The day after I talked to the FBI office, I was on the phone with the FBI Agent, and saw call waiting and it was Tina.

She was calling to tell me that they released Chet’s name that afternoon and she wanted to know if the police had talked to me about him. Tina also said that what kills her the most is that the little girl in the video just say Chet last week and was fine with him. Chet had gone over there to adopt a dog from them. A pregnant Bull Mastiff/Pit Bull mix.

He picked up a dog from her that’s why they saw, the little gir’s mother. (We will not be using this child’s name or photo on any page of www.sarcasticcrime.com.)

Personally, I have to say that he is probably loving the media attention and he loves outsmarting the police and my opinion is that he will hide in plain sight. I think he’s probably still in Vegas.

It feels like I’m living in a twilight zone. He and Tina even lived together here for a while. Their power was out for a month during the winter, so they stayed here as a couple. She says they weren’t in a relationship, but they were definitely living here as a couple.

My favorite part about the conversation taking place is that we here at www.SarcasticCrime.com have a naysayer. A heckler, if you will. (Hi Brian!) If you go to that comments section for that post, you’ll meet Brian Kastel. Brian is an opinionated little tart who seems to think that we should give Chet Stiles the benefit of the doubt and not form our opinions based on what we know. He thinks we should wait until a jury brings back a verdict, and even then with all he’s written, I have to believe that if and when Chester Stiles’s verdict comes back guilty, Brian will be one of those people who sits back and clucks about how he was railroaded, and wasn’t allowed a fair trial. Brian will sit around his table in the garden with his closest girlfriends and talk about how bad it was that Chester received anything but fair and square justice.

But, the thing is, how fair does Chester Stiles deserve? Brian thinks that we’re having our opinions fed to us by sensational media and a police department salivating over fame and glory. I’m not so sure. I, personally think that Las Vegas Metro PD needed to know who the people were on that tape. I think they released it for very good reasons. I think that it was unneccesary to release the whole thing. The thing that they did say is that the little girl was raped in every way possible.

Chester Stiles, who has been positively ID’d on the tape deserves life in prison for this event. He deserves another life sentence for the second girl he molested. I don’t need or want to see that tape to believe law enforcement on this. We know what, who, when, where and all we’re missing is why. And, with the why, I can take a stab at it, but I don’t think it’s really necessary wehn you have the other 4 elements. Motive in sexual molestation cases is almost always self serving, and almost always a sickness that will continue, rather than a one time occurrence or event.

For those saying that he deserves time in prison to learn his lesson, and then be released back into society, I don’t think so. I want to ensure the safety of my kids from him, that’s for damn sure. You can do your best to get them psychological help. You can do your best to try to reform them. But, the attraction to children isn’t something that is ever going to just magically go away. That, in my opinion is like saying that one day, my sexual orientation towards liking the opposite sex is just going to disappear. It’s not likely. It’s hard wired into my system. And, since I happen to like the 18 and older crowd (or the gainfully employed with a decent head on their shoulders and a little bit of experience in life crowd), my fascination with that demographic is perfectly healthy and normal according to society and what we put up with.

We also have here, the woman who ID’d him on the tape, who will be known here at www.sarcasticcrime.com as Jane Smith to protect her identity. I will be speaking with her tonight to get more details of Chester’s life and what led up to this and will write and publish an article edited and approved by her on Saturday or Sunday, so keep checking back.

The Crandon Funerals are beginning today. Aaron Smith’s funeral will be first. Aaron was 20 years old. The other six funerals will take place over the next several days, ending with Tyler Peterson’s funeral out of respect for the rest of the victims.

The other victims in this case are: Jordanne Murray, age 18, Brad Schultz, age 20, Lianna Thomas, age 18, Katrina McCorkle, age 18, Lindsay Stahl, age 14, and Charlie Nietzel, age 21 who survived and remains hospitalized in stable condition.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to print a correction. I originally reported that Tyler forced law enforcement to fatally shoot him. That was before the facts were 100% checked and released, and that’s not what happened. Tyler had a gunshot wound to his arm, and was in a position with law enforcement that caused him to either fight or give up. Tyler, put the gun to his head, and fired three times. It was Tyler Peterson who took his own life. Which is better, I guess than making his fellow law enforcement officers do it in a suicide by cop scenario.

In the early morning hours of Sunday, October 7th, several Crandon High students, from Crandon, Wisconsin, along with some of their recently graduated friends were all hanging out watching movies and eating pizza. They were celebrating their homecoming weekend and relaxing.

That is, until Tyler Peterson, age 20, an off duty Sheriff’s deputy entered the duplex that they were all hanging out in, belonging to his ex-girlfriend Jordann Murray, age 18 and fatally shot and killed Jordann and 5 of their mutual friends. A seventh victim is in the nearby Marshfield hospital with critical injuries.

All of the victims names have not been released, and actual information is hard to come by at this point of the investigation. What we do know is that Tyler Peterson and Jordann Murray recently broke up. There is speculation, which is leaning more towards fact since it was law enforcement themselves that released it that says that there was a third law enforcement officer involved in all of this. What I am hearing is that Jordann Murray recently broke up with Tyler Peterson, and started seeing another cop. That cop’s identity at this time remains a mystery.

By all accounts of everyone who’s come forward that knew Tyler Peterson, he was a normal, well adjusted, nice, and reasonable person. He showed no outward signs that he could turn to this type of violence.

The facts that I am certain of are this:

• 2:47 AM, October 7th 911 was called and an officer responded. That officer was later treated for minor injuries

• The Victims ranged in age from 14 to 20 years old, male and female.

• A 19 year old male is listed in Marshfield with critical injuries.

• One of the victims was a twin

• Jordann Murray (18) lived on the first floor of the duplex that the massacre occurred at.

• Tyler Peterson was friends with most of the victims. They hung out on a regular basis prior to the shootings.

Early Sunday afternoon, law enforcement surrounded Tyler Peterson in Argonne, which is six miles north of Crandon. It was at that time that his fellow officers were forced to shoot him, and he died as a result of those shots.

Lindsay Stahl was the youngest victim at age 14. She had called her mom, Jenny Stahl on Saturday night to ask if she could stay the night over at a friend’s. Her mother told her she could. Jenny Stahl has been quoted as saying that while Lindsay was born in and grew up in Kenosha, they moved to Crandon so that they could raise Lindsay in that small town atmosphere. Crandon, afterall only has about 2000 residents, without a single stoplight.

Bradley Schultz, age 20 was a University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee student, studying Police Science. He came home for the Homecoming weekend. Bradley Schultz died trying to protect the girl lying next to him, who is at this time still unknown.

We know that Jordann Murray was the ex-girlfriend of the shooter, and that she was one of his many victims, and very much his reason for entering the duplex.

And the blame game is already beginning. Residents of Crandon are already questioning how Tyler Peterson made it to be a Sheriff’s Deputy. Mayor Gary Bradley has a meeting with the State of Wisconsin today to discuss these very facts.

I’d like to remind everyone that Tyler Peterson was twenty years old. He didn’t have a lengthy criminal history, in fact he didn’t have ANY criminal history. It takes two years get an associates degree in Criminal Justice. So, from the time he graduated high school until the present, he has been going to school for law enforcement. There were no predetermining factors here. It’s a tragedy, it’s terrible, it’s despicable and I’m glad the moron is dead. But, lets try not to bust the chops of the Mayor and Police Chief John Denee too bad. They had no idea this kid was a monster that they licensed to kill. They thought he was an ambitious, nice, well rounded kid just like everyone else did.

They took him out. Remember that. Justice was swift, and they had to kill their own to obtain that justice for these victims. So..be nice. Just this once, lets let the actual perpetrator of the crime take the blame, and let the emphasis be about the victims and the lives they’ve lived up until they were brutally, needlessly ended, shall we?

In Alexandria, Louisiana last night, police were in for a long, hard night. A sixty three year old former city maintenance worker had entered the Giordano and Giordano Law Offices, and taken the firm hostage.

Straight out of a Grisham novel, John Ashley, the gunman took the firm hostage, and began a 1o hour long standoff with the police. The entire time, the police tried every possible negotiation technique they’d learned in their training classes, and unfortunately, they did not pay off.

Two hostages escaped on their own, and were treated at a nearby hospital for their injuries. One hostage, Marty Thiels was a Postal worker who had been merely delivering mail just after the gunman took the firm into his power. Marty Thiels, age 50 is one of the hostages that were killed.

Joey Giordano, son of Camille Giordano, one of the attorneys who worked at the firm just happened to be there. He too was killed. His mom, Camille was also shot, but survived her injuries.

The other victims in this case are at this time still unknown. However, I read just a few minutes ago some interesting information.

I read that John was married to a woman named Audrey, and was divorced from her in 1997. He’s married to Evelyn Ashley now. Apparently, on Monday there were some documents filed with the courts regarding that first marriage. No one knows the connection to Giordano and Giordano Law Offices, but I do find it highly strange that it’s been 10 years since the divorce, he’s remarried and there are new court documents being filed.

The entire town at this point has come forward to say that all of this is highly unusual for John Ashley. He’s known to be a very religious, very even tempered sweet person. However, he is highly diabetic and insulin dependent and if he goes without that insulin, his moods can turn agitated and angry without a moment’s notice.

After all those hours of the standoff, tear gas, and all the other measures that law enforcement tried to get Mr. Ashley to surrender, when they finally entered the law firm, they found him dead.

Well folks…I’ve finally done it. My boss said “You need to rest. You can rest today if you want…” And I…gasp…said…shreik…yes.  I’m taking the day off.  I have bronchitis, and it feels as if a large car (like a volvo…or maybe a dumptruck) is parked upon my chest.

I may write tonight if something comes up in the headlines today at some point, but nothing is grabbing me from the headlines that I haven’t already said this morning, so for this morning’s post, here are a few of the best posts written:

Last nights news proved to be nauseating, and I silently thanked the Lord that since my site is called SarcasticCrime.com, I don’t have to write unbiased articles and try to be politically correct. So, if you are looking for me to gently tell you these two stories, you may want to go read a mainstream station news article, because I’m not planning on being nice about this…

There are actually two stories here. Amber Hill drowned her children in her bathroom on Monday, and then, a HiJacked boat resulting in the death of four people, where two people (out of 6 total) actually survived turned out to have a “rest of the story”. I’d like to tell you about the boat first, and then we’ll go into Amber Hill’s disgusting deeds.

The boat story begins with an abandoned Charter boat, named Joe Cool being found ransacked on September 23rd (Sunday) by the Coast Guard about 30 miles north of Cuba..

12 Miles away from the site of the abandoned boat, two survivors – Kirby Archer and Guillermo Zarabozo are found on a life raft. The story they tell is what mainstream movies are made of. They said that three Cubans hijacked the boat, and killed everyone on board. These two, by the skin of their teeth managed to get away with a life boat, back pack and their lives.

The victims missing are: Jake and Kelley Branham, Jake’s brother Scott Campbell and Samuel Kairy. Pictured here:

And here’s where it gets interesting. Kirby Archer, pictured here was wanted, prior to all of this on a warrant charging that he stole $92,000.00 from a Wal-Mart in Strawberry, Arkansas that he managed. Archer was also running from a warrant that alleged sexual abuse on a couple of little boys. Apparently, Kirby and Guillermo Zarabozo were on their way to Bimini, in the Bahamas where they apparently had some chicks awaiting their arrival. In the world of me this is called Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. Guillermo Zarabozo, who is a friend of Kirby Archer looks a lot like a person who is aiding and abetting a known felon, too.

The inconsistencies in their statements range far and wide. Zarabozo states at one point that he was never on the boat (his ID was found on the boat), and then in another statement says that when the “pirates” boarded the boat and shot all the passengers besides him and Archer, that he was forced to throw the bodies overboard.

Zarabozo also stated that after he threw the bodies overboard, and the pirates left the boat, he went to the cabin, cleaned up and slept for 8 hours. When asked how he knew it was 8 hours, he said that he had set his wrist watch.

In that backpack found with them on the life raft, there were receipts for two Glock 9mm magazines to hold the ammo. There was also a knife with a 4 inch blade and blowdarts. Surveillance video shows that it was Zarabozo who made this purchase, and that Archer was with him. (hint…premeditation)

Long story short, Kirby Archer and Guillermo Zarabozo have been charged with a few different things. Read HERE for the actual affidavits.

Now, on with the story of Amber Hill. Let me just say, that Andrea Yates face, and the faces of her five children are still burned into my brain, and had I had access to THAT woman, I might have killed her myself. The recounts of how her oldest ran from her to get away, trying to escape are something I still have a physical reaction to, after all these years. Insanity plea be damned, I don’t care HOW mentally unstable she is, it’s never going to be okay with me, what that woman did. And, now that woman’s conviction has been turned over, and she’s not guilty. She’s resting comfortably in a mental institution, and when she feels all better, she’ll get to go home. That being said…

Now we have Amber Hill. On Monday, October, 1, Amber Hill called her boyfriend, the girls dad and told him the girls were “at peace”. He rushed home, to find that his two daughters, Ceecies and Jonnell (ages 4 and 2) had been drowned in the family bathtub.

Amber Hill’s aunt, Caroline Hill said that there had been no previous mental illness, that she saw no signs of this coming, and that while her neice had been depressed, they totally didn’t see this coming. She also recounted several incidences of physical abuse that Amber Hill suffered at the hands of Jamie Cintron, the girls father.

There were two separate reported incidences of domestic abuse. But, Caroline Hill said that there were several instances in between, and that Amber Hill and the girls went to live with Amber’s mother for a five month period.

I just don’t see what ANY of this has to do with the price of cookies in China. Abuse or no abuse, you don’t get to drown your babies in a bathtub. If there’s a mental defect, that causes you to do such a thing, then you are broken human, and personally, I don’t think you deserve a shot at life after that. And, likewise, I hope bad things happen to you.

I am so physically sick with this whole situation. I’ll try to get it together by tonights show to talk about it rationally, but we shall see.

Bond has been set at 2 million dollars for this bitch. I should think so…

I was debating whether or not to write about Chester Arthur Stiles, the Nevada sex tape with the three year old, and the fact that he’s the most wanted, most hated man pedophile in the nation. Everyone’s writing about it, and everyone is weighing in their opinions. But, some new information was released last night, and I thought…why not? If ever there were a time for my dripping sarcasm, it would be now, right?

Let’s begin with “Chet’s” lengthy criminal history, shall we?

· Stiles has the following arrest record through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department:

· 04/2003 – Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny Auto

· 05/2001 – Leaving the Scene of an Accident

· 04/2001 – Grand Larceny and Auto Burglary

· 02/2001 – Contempt of Court

· 02/2001 – Probation Violation – C.C.W.,Battery-Domestic Violence, False Information to a Police Officer, Resisting a Public Officer, Battery by a Prisoner (2 CTS)

· 06/1999 – Aiming a firearm

· 06/1999 – Possession of an Unregistered Firearm, Resisting a Police Officer, Obstructing a Police Officer, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Battery Domestic Violence.

But it doesn’t end there. During the timeframe of the production of that horrific tape, a tape that seasoned detectives couldn’t stomach watching, there was another girl. A 6 year old child had been sexually assaulted in her bedroom of her home by Chester Arthur Stiles. He allegedly told that child that she can’t tell anyone because if she does, they won’t get to be together anymore, and well…that would be bad.

To put it nice and blunt for you, had he been picked up on the warrant that stemmed from THIS complaint, that cites the warrant that was issued, and where Chester Stiles had run off to (brought to us by The Smoking Gun), then the three year old girl that he raped in every possible way may have been saved from his evil, heinous cruelty.

And while we’re exploring, there’s also been some clarification on how Chester Arthur Stiles received access to this three year old little girl. Apparently, the little girl’s mother moved in with Chester Stiles’ girlfriend, Tina Allen. It was through this connection, that Chester Arthur Stiles gained access to the girl, and how he was able to do the terrible things he did to her.

Tina Allen the now ex-girlfriend has been quoted as saying that Chester Stiles deserves and Emmy for his performance of acting like a normal human being. She said that he was sweet, loveable, considerate, and polite. But, she said that there was a few warning signals in the past. One of them was that Arthur Stiles had suspected her of having a relationship with another guy. So, he smacked her. She never filed a police complaint over the incidence and is now kicking herself.

I guess on that note, I’d like to say that even in the worst of situations, women tend to rationalize behavior. If he had only ever hit her once, then I can see how she would rationalize it and not make a complaint. (Not that I agree with that…I have a policy: you hit me, you better kill me because I’m coming after you and it’s not going to be pretty) Besides the fact that there were how many other charges and convictions that the guy already had? He was out walking free after Grand Larceny, Burglary, Domestic Violence, Resisting Arrest, Aiming a Firearm at Someone, and Assault with a deadly weapon. I’m betting he probably was acting pretty rationally. If not, he risked going back to jail for all of those outstanding warrants, possible parole violations, etc. I’m thinking he knew if he screwed up with Tina Allen, he’d end up having to kill her because, in watching her interviews, she strikes me as a fairly strong willed person.

Tina Allen has five children. Of course she wanted to believe he was the person that he portrayed himself as. Of course she wanted him to be the man of her dreams. Sometimes, unfortunately when common sense directly conflicts of affairs of the heart, we err on the side of the heart instead of with the common sense. It’s human nature to want to trust, to want to believe the best in people. I applaud this woman for coming forth with what she knows of him. She did say on this interview that she believed him to be a very violent man.

Next, let’s talk about 26 year old, Darrin Tuck. Darrin was the finder of the tape. And, it seems to be under scrutiny where he really obtained the tape and for how long he was actually in possession of it before he turned it over to authorities.

He turned himself into Nye County Sheriff’s, apparently without a scene, after a nationwide call that authorities were seeking him for questioning was broadcast. The thing is, the cops believe he had this tape for up to five months before coming forward with it. They are saying that they don’t think that he had anything to do with the production, and haven’t been able (as of yet) to tie him to Chester Arthur Stiles, but, they are holding him on child pornography charges.

Rumor is that he showed it around to different people before finally doing what was right with it. And, after he did turn it over, he ran. Darrin Tuck was on the run for 48 hours before turning himself in.

I watched an interview with him on Nancy Grace last night (Nancy ROCKS…she’s such a bitch and I love it), and well…his body language wasn’t exactly dripping with “innocent-guy-in-the-wrong-place-at-the-wrong-time”. He said that he found the tape when he was riding his motorcycle through the desert. He apparently, while in the desert, hopped off the bike, moved a piece of plywood (or a board or something) and there was the tape, wrapped in a paper bag, under the board. He said he took it home, viewed a few minutes of it, got sickened by what he saw, and then turned it in.

If that’s the case, why are they holding him on child porn charges? If I had to make a wager here, I’d bet the farm that he might not have been involved in making that video, but that he facilitates the sale or use of videos like that to the sick and demented.

My favorite part of his interview was when he made the empassioned plea to Chester Arthur Stiles, to surrender. “Not only are you hurting the little girl and her family but you’re hurting me. You know what’s right, man. Do what you have to do.” All while staring into the camera with a“deer in the headlights” gaze, and fidgeting nervously in front of the camera. He was terrified.

Innocent men aren’t terrified, they don’t run, and if anything, I’d expect him to be pissed that all this took place if he didn’t do it.

Anyway, lets see how this pans out. Chester Arthur Stiles is going down. If law enforcement doesn’t find him, someone else will. While I don’t necessarily condone vigilante justice, you won’t see any tears shed here if a bullet finds him before law enforcement does.
